   Put that declaration inside the drawing file and somebody later has to find the right block,
   decide where it ends, and cut it out without taking a rule with it. Put it in a file of its own
   and the whole of it is retired by deleting one handle from wpa_enqueue_sheets(), and
   assets/parade.css is not touched at all.

   ASTRA-CHILD-FOILCARD HAS NOW SHIPPED, and the four lines that used to stand here said it had not.
   It publishes these same six on :root. This file stays anyway, and the reason is the scope below:
   it declares them on .fc-parade rather than on :root, so a parade dropped into an install where
   the theme is missing or was switched still arrives with ground under it and ink on it, and in
   every ordinary install the two agree value for value and nothing can be told apart.

   What keeps them agreeing is not this note. scripts/font_gate.py reads every package of a site
   and speaks the moment one name carries two values, which is how the drift this comment used to
   worry about now gets found rather than predicted. The six were verified identical to the theme's
   on 26 October by that check.

   THE VALUES ARE COPIED AND NOT CHOSEN. Changing one here changes the parade and leaves the
   drawings, the guides and the theme saying something different, which is the failure a single
   registered sheet exists to prevent. Correct the sheet first.

   THE SCOPE IS THE PARADE AND NOT THE DOCUMENT. Nothing above a parade can inherit any of this, so
   a page that happens to carry one does not quietly acquire a palette for its own furniture.

   TWO OF THE EIGHT ARE DELIBERATELY ABSENT, and the next file says why where it would have spent
   them: --fc-standing and --fc-taken carry meanings about a priced step, and nothing in this
   package prices a step.
